Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased from XO Optics Zuidas, you can return the product to us within 14 working days after delivery – In original packaging and in original condition.

During 14 days after receiving the ordered product, you have the right to dissolve the agreement without stating reasons (cooling off period) and to return the product at your expense. Return shipments will only be accepted in this case if the product is complete and expressly unused, unworn and the gift packaging belonging to the glasses and/or sunglasses is undamaged, etc. at the discretion of XO Optics Zuidas.

In the event of termination, you will be credited for the sales price including the shipping costs paid to us. Payments already made will be refunded to you within 14 days after receiving the return shipment by XO Optics Zuidas, however without interest.

Return shipment must be made at your own expense trough PostNL/UPS.
Returns are simple and easy. Always pack your order very well to prevent damage. Then send the package to:
